SUMMER CAMPSafe & Efficient Carline Pickup
Our organized carline system ensures a smooth and secure pickup process for all campers. Staff members are present to assist with dismissal, verify authorized pickups, and help campers safely enter their vehicles. We ask families to follow posted guidelines and remain in their vehicles to keep traffic flowing efficiently and ensure the safety of every child.
Car Line Procedure
At morning drop off you will be asked if your child will be attending after care. If not, your child will be inside ready and waiting to be picked up at 3pm.
• Please have your child’s name printed largely and displayed in the front window of your car.
• Car line starts promptly at 3pm. Children cannot be checked out after 2:15pm.
• Pull into the entrance parking lot and proceed straight to the side parking lot and turn right (Café exit).
• MSC Staff will be in the parking lot directing you and will escort your child to your vehicle. If you need to fasten your child in car seat, please pull forward into a parking spot.
• You will need to supply your security code to MSC staff and we will sign your child out.
• If you do not know the security code, you will be asked to pull forward and park and will need to enter the building to provide a photo id.
• If your child is not ready, please pull forward to allow others to leave.
• Please be courteous and allow cars to back out of the parking areas.
• Children not picked up promptly by 3:30 will be placed in After Care for a drop-in fee of $15.
